Ovens will be accommodated with Single or Double doors depend on inner working size. Doors will be mounted on sturdy hinges & are fitted with an arrangement for latches. Hand operated or mechanically operated vertical lifting door can be installed as per party requirement.
Ceramic Wool / Ceramic Blanket & Ceramic Board is offered in accordance with the working temperature.
We use Coil Type Heater from 50 upto 150 Deg.c & after that we use U-Type Heaters upto 50 To 250 Deg.c & after that we use Refactory Type Heaters upto 50 To 450 Deg.c & above….
Heaters will be Located on both side of the wall….
Top Air Circulation / Back Air Circulation & Side Air Circulation
Top Air Circulation: Fan & Blowers are placed on the topside of the Oven & air is distributed on both side & air will be Suck for the Center of the Oven & due to that uniformity is found all side of the Oven.
Back Air Circulation: Fan & Blowers are placed on the backside of the Oven & air is distributed on both side & air will be Suck for the Center of the Oven & due to that uniformity is found all side of the Oven.
Side Air Circulation: Fan & Blowers are placed on the side of the Oven & air is distributed on both side & air will be Suck for the Center of the Oven & due to that uniformity is found all side of the Oven.
The temperature within the oven is regulated by PLC / PID / SSR / Thyristor & Contactor Base Depending on the application.
Data Logger / PLC / HMI / PID & Data Logger with Software
Special locking system is provided for Door Lock.
Platform type Trolley, Tray Type; Fixed Type Tray Arrangement will be provided as per requirement.
We use Heat resistant silver Alluminium paint upto 650 Deg.c inside the Oven & outside nickel grey; Hammer Tone; Plain Colour or any simple colour as per party requirement.
